  • Strict notarial secrecy: This is the inviolable basis of all my actions.   • Retention period: According to the Law on Notaries, the generated notarial documentation must obligatorily be archived for a period of ten years from its creation. Even a seemingly simple sale of a plot of land before a notary requires the careful securing of physical files, which are transferred to the land and mortgage register archive of the competent district court after the aforementioned period has expired.
